Performance evaluation season is upon us. As you know, SHARE is currently in contract negotiations with the Medical School. Because SHARE and the Medical School have not fully negotiated this topic, the evaluation format will remain the same for this year.

This year's Performance Evaluation period begins today, Monday, May 11 and closes on Friday, June 26.
The form and process is the same as last year. Connect with your manager to begin the process.
This review process ensures you have the feedback you need to support your performance and professional development. It’s an important opportunity to engage in a two-way, constructive, and collaborative conversation with your manager about the past year and your future goals.
