On March 24th and April 7th, SHARE and UMass Chan Management participated in two contract negotiations meetings.
In the March 24th session, topics discussed included: The Inclement weather policy, The Bilingual pay policy for members in Disability Evaluation Services and annual performance evaluations and resulting merit bonuses.
In the April 7th session, we continued our conversation about Performance Evaluations. The SHARE team had requested that management invite an expert on this topic. We were joined by Jackie McGravey, the Assistant Vice Chancellor of People and Wellness. She answered questions that we had about the process and provided helpful additional information.
Other topics introduced: Shoe fund, Pharmacy certifications and Shift Differentials
